How long will it take to receive my order?
If your order is placed by 10am on any weekday it will be dispatched that day, however if it is placed after 10am it may not be dispatched until the following business day.
We use Couriers Please for most orders. This is a 2-5 day service nationwide, however at certain times of the year it can go beyond this due to high volumes of deliveries. We recommend allowing up to 10 business days for deliveries.
We are unable to ever guarantee deliveries within a certain time frame as we are relying on third party couriers.
I purchased the wrong product!
Whoops! That is fine, all you need to do is send us an email to [email protected] with your payment receipt and we can either issue a full refund or replace the products with the ones you are after!
I entered the wrong shipping address!
If you have entered the wrong shipping address, please inform us immediately so we can change it prior to the product being shipped. Unfortunately if you don’t notify us prior to the order being shipped then you will need to pay any applicable re-direction fees.
My product has arrived damaged
What! That is not good! We pack all our orders with the utmost of care, however there maybe times where they are damaged in transit. If this has occurred, please email us a photo of the damaged goods to [email protected] and we can have it replaced for you.
Are your products all Paleo?
Yes! Well, depending on your thoughts on what Paleo is!
Our products use only natural ingredients, no flavours, dried fruits or sweeteners. They are all made from nuts, seeds, coconut and re 100% Gluten, Grain and Dairy free.
Do you have any Nut Free products?
Yes we do! Our Pete Evans range of cookies are Free from Nuts.
Please be aware however, that they are made on the same line as our Rumbles Paleo cookies, and may contain traces of nuts.
Do you have any Vegan Products?
Yep! Our Choc Rocks are 100% Vegan! There is no dairy in those little beauties!
And, depending on how Vegan you are, our Honey Nut Cookie is also Vegan, if you eat Honey of course!

How do I order Bulk Buy Boxes?
- Click on the Bulk Buy Boxes option in the store
- Select how many boxes you would like from the drop down list
- Put a number next to the boxes of cookies you would like that equals to the total amount of boxes you have chosen from the drop down list.

You digital downloads can be found in 2 places:
- Under the ‘Downloads’ section on your ‘My Account’ page (Only available for Rumbles Rewards Members)
- As a link on your purchase receipt which will be sent to the email entered at checkout
